The Intaglio™ Signage System is made up of two materials; Grafica™ and Mais™. Intaglio™ uses the Grafica™ materials for the faceplate as well as for the tactile lettering and graphics and, in combination with our Mais™ framing system, creates a complete green solution for interior signage. The Intaglio™ sign system is ideal for retail, office buildings and back of house applications as this system can be customized using inert digital UV imaging and texturing and can be custom painted using low VOC (<15g/L) paints.

Grafica™ is a bio-polymer agri-based product derived from plants. Starches are removed and processed into pellets compressed into products. Grafica™ is certified by the Bio Polymer Industry (BPI) and ASTM D6400 as a compostable material. Grafica™ is recyclable and compostable in aerated and managed landfills.

Mais™ is our injection molded framing system based upon NatureWorks® Ingeo™ bio-polymer and is a certified compostable (ASTM D6400).  Mais™ is ideal for use within health care and educational markets.  Mais™ is fully recyclable and poses no danger of air or groundwater pollution when disposed of in municipal landfills.  The colors are customizable with a semi-matte finish and come in 22 sizes.
