The COVID-19 outbreak has affected us all and while we are currently operating on limited staff, we are still open for business. Some of the changes that we are experiencing include the following:
- Employees who can are working from home
- Phone calls are currently being handled by an automated service, with options to be routed to all departments. As always, you may dial an extension or call your representative’s direct line. Those who are working from home may still have access to voicemail and email. The main voicemail box is regularly monitored and calls will be returned as soon as possible.
- Raster® Pen and AutoRaster® kits will ship the next day.
- UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee as of 3/26. Please visit the UPS website for more information and further updates.
