You can send in your pen to us where our experts can fix it.
- If you have the latest model of our Raster® Pen, repairs typically take 2-3 business days depending on the issue.
- Older models of our Raster® Pen (serial numbers beginning with “D” or “G”) can take between 7-10 business days to repair depending on the
Serial numbers found on bracket issue and availability of part(s).
- All repairs covered are under the first year of warranty. Customers cover the cost of shipping unless repairs are needed within the first 30 days of purchase.
